Store Manager

Butcher
We require experienced butchers for our busy meat sections. Butchers must:
* understand the importance of hygiene and health and safety
* be physically fit
* be good at working with their hands
* work well within a team
* do tasks quickly and consistently
* be able to operate machinery
* pay attention to detail and accuracy to avoid wastage when cutting, boning and preparing meat.

Baker
We require experienced bakers for our in store bakery. Minimum two years experience
in preparetion and baking traditional Turkish and Cypriot bread and savouries are essential.

Head Chef
TFC Supermarkets retailer of high quality Turkish Food products, based in all around London. We require an experienced Head Chef to plan, prepare and present a range of specialty Turkish dishes (menu planning, rotation of foods) including hot starters (such
as icli kofte and hellim) cold starters (such as hummus, cacik, kisir, tarama, falafel, dolma), kebabs, pasta and pastries. The Head Chef will be responsible for managing and training junior kitchen staff, stock control and kitchen healf & safety hygienic issues.
The successful candidate must have at least three years’ experience in the capacity of Head Chef, including experience in the preparation of traditional Turkish cuisine.
